Most houses in South Delhi built before the 2000s still have galvanised iron (GI) pipes inside the bathroom walls. They rust from the inside, choke water flow and eventually leak. Renovating a bathroom without replacing them means breaking your new tiles later.
What we replace and install
- GI to CPVC replacement for hot and cold lines, pressure-tested before the walls are closed.
- Concealed cisterns and wall-hung WCs, with an access panel for future servicing.
- Thermostatic and diverter mixers with concealed bodies set at the right depth.
- Geyser installation at a safe height, with a safety valve, drain line and its own circuit.
- Floor traps and drain lines with the right slope and a water seal that stops smells.
Low water pressure in the shower
On upper floors, weak showers usually come from undersized or choked pipes, a clogged aerator, or no pressure pump. We find which one it is and size the fix: sometimes cleaning, sometimes new lines, sometimes a pump.
Smell from the bathroom drain
A drain smell nearly always means the trap has dried out, cracked or was never installed. We replace it with a deep-seal trap and check the vent.
