Most bathrooms in Delhi's older kothis and builder floors look fine for two years, then leak into the room below. The tiles were never the problem. The waterproofing, the floor slope and twenty-year-old GI pipes behind them were.
We take the room back to the slab, replumb, waterproof and pond-test it, then tile and fit it to a layout planned on paper first. One team does all of it, so nobody blames anybody else.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?
About two to three weeks for one bathroom once materials are on site, including a 48-hour waterproofing test. Several bathrooms in one house are run in parallel.
Can you fix a bathroom leak without full renovation?
Sometimes. If the leak is from grout joints or one fitting, a targeted repair can work. If the waterproofing under the floor has failed, re-tiling over it will not stop the leak. We tell you which it is at the site visit. More on our leakage page.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes. Every job gets a 12-month written workmanship guarantee. If anything we did fails in that time, we come back and put it right.
Do you work with architects and interior designers?
Yes. We regularly execute bathroom packages to an architect's drawings, and can also handle the bathroom design ourselves.
